There’s nothing quite as elegant as a classic white shalwar-kameez outfit with a matching dupatta. Perfect for the sweltering April heat, this is the perfect ensemble for anyone hoping to look put together and fashionable while keeping cool. If there are two people in the showbiz industry who know how to wield the power of classic cuts and colours, they’re Naimal Khawar Khan and Mahira Khan! Known for their looks that exude old-world charm and understated elegance, both beauties know exactly how to rock this kind of wardrobe staple.
The two fashionistas recently stepped out in the same Sadaf Fawad Khan white shalwar-kameez outfit, posing for pictures in the sun for their followers. We can’t help but compare and contrast how they have styled the outfit, with small changes helping tailor the outfit to their personal preferences. If there’s one thing for sure, it’s that they both did a fabulous job!
Naimal chose to wear her hair in a loose braid, complete with several strands of hair framing her face for a soft look. She added in a pair of silver jhumkis, with the sahaaray helping accentuate her braid.
With the earrings being the only piece of jewellery she opted for, Naimal added in a pop of red with a rose gajra that adorned her wrist. Adding some extra colour to the outfit, the gajra went beautifully with the white. To top off the look, the former actor went for a pair of tan khussay with a red accent that matched her gajra.
On the other hand, Mahira opted for a more glamorous vibe. The Humsafar actor kept her hair open, wearing it down over her shoulders in polished waves with a side part. For accessories, Mahira stuck with silver, choosing to don a pair of traditional baalis with white beaded accents.
She added in a pair of black metal bangles, as well as silver paazeb that adorned her ankles. For shoes, Mahira decided to wear white khussay with silver embellishments.
Both Mahira and Naimal opted for soft makeup, steering clear of any harsh lines or dark colours. They wore pink on their lips and loaded on the mascara for fluttery lashes to go with the classic outfit.
While we love both looks equally, who do you think wore the all-white ensemble better?
